摘要

The paper presents an evaluation of epoxy resin - glass fabric composite materials for use in nuclear environments. The changes in mechanical properties of these materials with respect to absorbed radiation dose are given. The results indicate that choice of resin system and glass fabric coupling agent have considerable bearing on the post-irradiation strength of these materials;differences between systems of more than a factor of 10 are demonstrated following similar radiation doses.
