NON-DESTRUCTIVE DETERMINATION OF THORIA IN SINTERED THORIA-BERYLLIA BLOCKS

摘要

An X-ray SPECTROCHEMICAL method using incoherently (Compton) scattered primary radiation as internal standard is used to correct for bulk density effects, and to provide an almost linear calibration curve for thorium in beryllium oxide - thoria samples.
