摘要

A previous report [35] gave detailed results of investigations into the heat transfer crisis in boiling water under forced convection in the pressure range between 170 and 215 bar. These results are presented here in the form of synoptical diagrams. They demonstrate above which heat flux density a crisis first occurs, and show the dependence of the quality, at the onset of the heat transfer crisis, on heat flux density, mass flow density and pressure respectively.nAn iteration method is supplied for preliminary calculation.nThe second part of this paper, which will follow shortly, deals with the local heat transfer coefficient after the crisis has occurred, and in particular with the heat transfer in the range of the crisis itself (minimum of the heat transfer coefficient).
