COMPARISONS OF TEST DATA WITH CODE METHODS FOR FATIGUE EVALUATION

n an effort to evaluate proposed design rules for the fatigue analysis of piping system components available, experimental data are summarized and analyzed. Under specific considerations are ASME Code Case 1441 published in December 1969 and certain revisions which are being considered for adoption by ANSI B31.7 - the nuclear power piping section of the American National Standards Institute Standard Code for Pressure Piping.
