COMPUTER-SIMULATED X-RAY DIFFRACTION DATA FOR DERIVATIVE STRUCTURES OF a-RHOMBOHEDRAL BORON

摘要

Calculated X-ray diffraction data were determined for a-rhombohedral boron derivative structures with oxygen, carbon, and phosphorus as the interstitial atoms. These data illustrate the types of "formulae" which can occur for such systems and show that these systems can be called "ordered solid solutions".
