PROSPECTS OF THE USE OF COMPLEXONES IN NUCLEAR POWER ENGINEERING

A confirmation can be the ever-broader use of complexones in ordinary thermal power engineering. However, under the con¬ditions of nuclear power engineering the direct analogy cannot be extended further than the secondary circuits. Because of that, at the Chair of Atomic Electric Power Plants of the Mos¬cow Power Engineering Institute for a number of years systematic investigations have been conducted of the possibility and pros¬pects of using complexones under reactor conditions. Side by side with that, work is also being continued on the application of complexones under conditions similar to those of ordinary thermal power engineering installations.
