The research accomplished during the contract period was in part theoretical and in part applied. Analytical methods were worked out for the determination of cacogenic glycosides in Sudan grass with a cyanide ionselective electrode. Another method of high sensitivity that was worked out was a radio derivative procedure for norepinephrire in urine.nThe mechanism of electrochemical oxidation of some reduced analogs of NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) in acetonitrile was studied and found to proceed via a one-electron step in unbuffered medium.
