THE DETERMINATION OF PHENOLIC-TYPE COMPOUNDS IN WATER BY HIGH-PRESSURE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要

An efficient solvent extraction technique was developed for the purpose of concentrating phenolic materials to detectable levels. This method used tributylphosphate as the organic phase for extraction from the acidic aqueous phase. A further extraction was performed with 1.0 M sodium hydroxide to improve the chromatographic property of the extraction method.
