APACHE: A THREE-DIMENSIONAL FINITE ELEMENT PROGRAM FOR STEADY-STATS OR TRANSIENT HEAT CONDUCTION ANALYSIS

APACHE (A Program for Analysis of Conduct ton of HEat) is a digital computer program (or nonlinear steady-state or transient analysis of heat conduction in three-dimensional solids. Th finite element method is used with eight-node tri-linear isoparametric elements. The program, written in FORTRAN IV and COMPASS Assembly Language for t.ie CDC-6600 and CDC-7600 computers, is designed for use with the MATUS (structural analysis) and MESHBD (mesh generator) finite element computer programs.
