This report describes the research and development performed on tech¬niques and application of nondestructive measurements of nuclear reactor fuel materials by Intelcom Rad Tech, formerly Gulf Radiation Technology, a division of Gulf Energy and Environmental Systems, during the period July 1, 1971 to October 31, 1972.nFor this work a mobile assay system (GAMAS), was designed and built in previous contract periods. GAMAS includes a 9 MeV electron accelerator (Linac), a high-efficiency neutron detector and sample scanner for con-tainers up to 55 gallons in volume, gamma-ray detectors, an on-line computer, and a 252Cf based assay device, ISAS.
