Treatment of Volatile Radionuclides in Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Plants

摘要

The most important volatile radionuclides are given, together with the site of their release and the release rates for inert gas, iodine and tritium in a reprocessing plant. The aims and methods of purification of contaminated waste gases are described, individual processes being shown by means of flowsheets. A brief explanation is given of the ultimate storage of volatile radionuclides.
