Therefore, from the presented data we see that the isospin invariance is valid up to conventional electro¬magnetic corrections in the whole cosθπregion except¬ing some points at cos θπ =-1 discussed in ref. /4/. The saturation of me isospin polarization bounds are systema-tically connected with the zeros or resonance poles of the pion-nucleon scattering amplitude near the physical rehion.
