HIT A Monte Carlo Target-Coverage Routine

HIT is a Monte Carlo routine to estimate the expected coverage of either a rectangular or elliptical target when it is impacted by an effects circle with radius R. The general Monte Carlo technique is discussed and a listing of the routine is given.
