ORGANIC CONSTITUENTS IN PROCESS STREAMS OF A SOLVENT-REFINING COAL PLANT (a)

摘要

This report describes some initial studies aimed at characteriz¬ing the composition of product streams in a solvent refined coal plant. In studies to date we have identified about 50 of the major organic compounds in various process streams and in the solvent refined fuel product. The poly-cyclic hydrocarbons, phenols and quinolines were found to be the main classes of organic compounds present.
