Introduction to Weibull Statistics

摘要

This report describes Weibull statistics with particular reference to the analysis of data obtained from mechanical tests on brittle materials. The basic equations are all derived from first principles and the construction and use of Weibull Probability Graphs are described in detail. Finally some typical strength tests are analyzed and compared from a statistical approach.
