The purposes of the conference wore:nTc initiates a dialogue between ERDA and the States on energy conservation,nTo provide an opportunity for representatives of selected States to suggest their views on priorities for Federal research and development for energy conservation in buildings and agriculture;andnTo exchange information between State and Federal representatives, concerning current and planned programs relating to energy conservation in buildings and agriculture.
