摘要

The basic assumptions are no-exotics duality, minimally broken SU(3) symmetry, and absorptive Regge cuts phase-modified by the Ringland prescription. We first describe qualitatively how these assumptions suffice for the description of all measured reactions, and then present the results of a detailed fit to 1987 data points for 18 different reactions.
