This handbook contains Iowa statutory law of mining excerpted from the Iowa code. The code pro¬visions were selected by means of a computer search of the 1973 Code of Iowa, updated by review of sub¬sequent legislation. Access to the code provisions is obtained through either the table of contents or the detailed subject index. Both attorneys and lay persons should find this to be a useful reference book.
