Inverse Mass Formula for psi and the Spectral Function Sum Rules

The spectral function sum rules of broken SU(4) type, which lead to the inverse mass formula for vector mesons, are considered. They are consistent with the present experiments on masses and e exp + e exp - decay widths. The model predicts low masses for charmed vector mesons. (Atomindex citation 09:361858)
