Banner Engineering Q7M Inductive Sensor Test Procedure (Revision 0)

Seaport Vector has determined that a need exists to have the Banner Engineering Q7M Flat- Pak series inductive sensors available in the deployment toolbox. These sensors will be used to replace, or in conjunction with, the Banner Engineering optical break beam sensors currently being used as vehicle presence sensors (VPS) on the RPM8 radiation detection systems. The purpose of this procedure is to define a series of tests designed to determine the validity of deploying the Banner Engineering Q7M Flat-Pak series inductive sensors as VPSs with RPM8s. The tests are being conducted at 331-G in the remotely operated radiation portal monitor (RORPM) lane.
