The review/revision process was to provide a supplemental analysis as necessary rather than to provide a complete reanalysis of the expected air quality impact of the coal conversion of each candidate unit.nThe predicted pollutant concentrations of the original air quality analyses were compared to those of analyses available at NUS for similar size power plants to assess the reasonab ess of the predicted values.
