The meeting in some ways raised more questions than it answered. It appointed out the lack of organization of the market – inability to finance, evaluate, of justify solar use at some future time. The lack of available, digested and authenticated data upon which to base decisions emerged as a major problem.nSummarized in the following report are the comments of the participant. They are not identified by individual, but are rather grouped by subject header. Is seemed that the deliberations undertaken in the meeting became more under standable when organized in that fashion.
