Comments by the Delegation of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom on the French Paper 'Proliferation Risks of Uranium Enrichment' Submitted to the WG.2 Meeting on 18 October 1978

Proliferation assessment criteria given in the French paper ''Proliferation Risks of Uranium Enrichment'' are not of equal importance, nor is the list complete. A better approach is to deal with the answers given by the technology holders in answering part V of the INFCE/WG.2 questionnaire.
