The purpose of this document is to provide a program management plan for the Uniform Contractor Reporting Guidelines (UCRG) and to provide a waste management plan as specified in DOE Manual Chapter 0511. It is integrated in the sense that it brings together the technical description of the processes that generate and store waste along with the organizational, budgetary, environmental, and programmatic considerations involved in managing the waste. Volume I contains the program management plan;Volume II contains the technical description and environmental affects sections.
