The alpha -transitions of superheavy elements with Z=112, 114, 116 are studied in the framework of shell model approach to non-R-matrix theory of alpha -decay. It is shown that account for series effects of nuclear structure leads to greater life times than the empirical ones. (Atomindex citation 09:413455)
