Review of Experimental Properties of Low-Excited Positive Parity States in Even-Even Nuclei around Z=50

A Presentation is made of experimental information on energy levels of ''collective'' positive parity states, on B(E2)-values and on quadrupole moments of first excited 2 exp + states for Mo-Ce nuclei in the neutron shell N = 50-82. Results are given from a few theoretical approaches. A discussion is made on missing experimental information. (Atomindex citation 10:435907)
