Highlights of the meeting were discussions on the problem of waste heat rejection including the effects of noncondensable gases in geothermal power plants, a review of the state of the art in binary fluid geothermal power plants, and progress reports on the preparation of chapters and sections of the ''Sourcebook on the Production of Electricity from Geothermal Energy.''
