Mutual Design Considerations for Overhead AC Transmission Lines and Gas Transmission Pipelines Volume 2:Prediction and Mitigation Procedures

As a result of a program jointly funded by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Pipeline Research Committee (PRC) of the American Gas Association (A.G.A.), known data has been consolidated and a systematic investigation has been made into the mutual effects of ac electric power transmission lines (power lines) and natural gas transmission pipelines (pipelines) Jointly sharing rights-of-way. The results presented are of use to both the electric power and natural gas trans¬mission industries for addressing problems arising from a mutual coexistence.
