摘要

NOW, after spending more than a quarter-of-a-million dollars testing "SOLARIS" ($66,000* to The University of Virginia and $189,000 to The George Washington University), the United States Department of Energy has the proof. It has proven conclusively that the "SOLARIS" collectors, and the "SOLARIS" heating system as a whole, perform well, and coat about one-third to one-fifth as much as other systems it has been testing. Costing virtually the ease as a conventional system installed, there is no (or little) added cost, WO PAYBACK PERIOD.
