Job Creation Potential of Solar and Conservation: A Critical Evaluation

A conceptual framework is outlined briefly for comparing the quantitative and qualitative aspects of job creation among energy alternatives. The state-of-the-art of employment impact analyses are described and evaluated. Job creation by solar and energy conservation are compared to LNG, conventional power plants, and nuclear power.
