Criteria for an Ideal Solar Photovoltaic Powered Industry

It is the purpose of this study to define the type of industry which is best able to use solar photovoltaic energy as it is delivered. In so doing we will attempt to characterize the solar photovoltaic power source and to characterize the ideal solar photovoltaic load. After we have developed a suitable characterization (or criteria) for the ideal solar photovoltaic load, we will then examine the energy requirements of the primary metals industry to see if there are any parts of this industry which fit the criteria of an ideal solar photovoltaic industry.
