Yugoslavia's Energy Supplies: Constraints and Outlook

摘要

This report describes Yugoslavia's changing energy-supply situation, emphasizing the current use pattern of its resources, its production, and the problems created by the country's structural and regional imbalances. The report considers the impact of an ever-increasing dependence on foreign imports. The study analyzes the impact of the under-fulfilled goals of the 1976-1980 Plan on the establishment of a viable long-term energy policy for the country and suggests some essential solutions to the country's energy problems.
