Production of Three Large p, Jets in Hadron. Hadron Collisions

摘要

We discuss physical effects given by QCD 2 implies 3 scattering subprocesses. Transverse thrust distributions, jet and PI exp 0 -PI exp 0 azimuthal correlation, Psub(out) distributions have been calculated at different energies with various cut-off and are compared with the available data. Effects of transverse momentum smearing and jet broadening are also estimated. It is pointed out, that if the QCD description is correct, 3 jet effects will be revealed at transverse energies above E, approx. 20 GeV and transverse jet momenta above p, jet approx. 5 GeV in future ISR, SPS p anti p collider and ISABELLE experiments.
