摘要

The effective nonleptonic weak interaction Hamiltonian for the exp + delta C exp + = 1 processes is calculated by using the quantum chromodynamics with the color octet massless gluons and the renormalization group equations, in the Kobayashi-Maskawa model. The ''penguin'' diagram contributes to the effective Hamiltonian by the devision of the range of virtual momenta integration. The U-spin operators are taken as the operator bases. The matrix elements of D implies K pi , pi pi , KK decays are calculated and compared with the recent experimental data. There is a possibility of our results showing the consistency with the data.
