Survey of Even-Even Nuclei in the Ge Region

Experimental results, obtained mainly by in-beam gamma -ray spectroscopy and transfer reactions, are presented and summarized. Different models proposed for the Ge and Se nuclei are briefly described and compared to experiment. No single model appears presently able to describe satisfactorily all the experimental facts and several 'shapes' seem to coexist in the same nucleus. (Atomindex citation 11:512852)
