摘要

The Sixth Annual Conference of the International Nuclear Target Development Society was held at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory,University of California,Berkeley,California,on October 19--21, 1977. The discussion covered nuclear target preparation by evaporation,reduction of oxides,electrodeposition,reactive sputtering,rolling,gas jets,and related techniques. Abstracts were prepared for eighteen of the papers presented at the conference and are included in the data base. (ERA citation 04:013937)
