Casting Procedure for Barium Metal Cones Used in High-Altitude Experiments

A casting method has been developed for the fabrication of barium cones. This method, employing graphite that is machined and treated, produces a mold to make barium cones for use in diverse high-altitude atmospheric experiments. (ERA citation 06:005071)
