This report summarizes the work performed under Contract DE-AC01-79RG10017 for the Economic Regulatory Administration (ERA), Department of Energy. This document includes those materials cited in the contract and the Statement of Work as the final report. The primary thrust of the work was directed at procedures and production to process over 1000 backlogged and/or priority scheduled responses to controlled correspondence which, due to the Iranian situation and rationing possibilities, created a surge beyond normal ERA processing capabilities.
