Schroedinger Equation in the Quantum Field Theory with Nonlocal Interactions

It is shown that the finite and unitary S-matrix describing nonlocal interactions of quantized fields is a solution of the Cauchy problem for the evolution equation (the Schroedinger equation in the interaction picture at imaginary time, i.e., with the Euclidean metric) with retardation. It this case, supplementary degrees of freedom with respect to the Fock need not be introduced in representation of physical articles. (Atomindex citation 12:619782)
