Comprehensive Analysis of Critical Interactions Possible

摘要

In the strictest sense, a comprehensive analysis of interactions having a bearing on energy policy is not now possible, and it may never be. Assuming that policymaking will benefit from developing as much of this capability as possible, this paper identifies the major shortcomings at present and the principal reasons for them. In conclusion, it suggests some strategies for closing the gap. (ERA citation 05:013687)
