The Bolton Falls (Vermont) Hydroelectric Redevelopment Project is summarized in terms of what was planned, what has happened, and what may be expected in the future. Since this is the first annual report, results of work carried out in the latter part of 1979, namely, the preliminary engineering and environmental work involved in the preparation of the FERC License Application, are included.
