The staff has considered the environmental impacts and economic costs of the proposed steam generator repair at the Turkey Point Plant Units 3 and 4, along with reasonable alternatives to the proposed action. The staff has concluded that the proposed repair will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment and that there are no preferable alternatives to the proposed action. Furthermore, any impacts from the repair program are outweighed by its benefits.
