Casual User Project: Problems, Proposed Solutions, and Implementation

This report responds to requests from the Computer User's Priorities Task Force 2 to address the needs of casual users of the Los Alamos Computing Network. Problems, proposed solutions, and the status of implementation of those proposed solutions are discussed for seven major categories. These categories are orientation, education, physical reorganization, user input, documentation, consulting services, and user/network interface. (ERA citation 07:059085)
