Research Proposal for Advanced Diffractometer. US-Japan Collaborative Research in Neutron Scattering

摘要

This paper is the proposal submitted to the US-Japan meeting (1980) for the collaborative research in neutron scattering, in which it is proposed to carry out various kinds of new measurements by using the wide angle, curved linear position-sensitive counter. The time-division measurement of the diffraction patterns and the single-crystal diffractometry utilizing the inclination geometry are the principal research areas proposed.
