Effect of the Acid Solution Flow Rate on the Hydrolysis Process of Lignocellulose Materials

摘要

Preliminary results of studies determining the effect of acid solution flow rate on the hydrolysis process of lignocellulose materials are presented. The results indicate that lower flow rates, close to 1458 kg/hr, seem to favor the process, due to the increments observed in the fermentable reducing sugar concentrations and in the final process yields.
