Calculation of the Pressure Rise in the CHL 5000-Gallon Liquid-Helium Dewar.

The writing of a computer program to calculate the pressure rise in the CHL 5000-gallon dewar was motivated by the writing of a Fermilab engineering note on the safety of the dewar which is presently being installed at the Fermilab Central Helium Liquefier. The calculation is intended to verify that the pressure in the inner vessel will not rise above a safe level in a catastrophic venting situation. (ERA citation 08:032218)
