Vacuum induction brazing of refractory metal alloys to 304L stainless steel with nickel-base alloys was investigated. This report details the results for Mo and Mo-41 weight percent Re refractory alloys. As-brazed and sodium exposed (800 exp 0 C/130 hour) samples were evaluated. Work is ongoing for Mo, Re, Ta and W alloys. (ERA citation 08:036360)
