This newsletter presents an overview of the image processing computer capabilities that are available in the Electronics Engineering Department at LLNL. The computer programs discussed cover a wide range of operations, from simple image file formatting and manipulation to sophisticated image enhancement, 2-D transforms, and image filtering operations.
