Decree No. 83/7405 of 18 November 1983 on the Licensing Procedure for Nuclear Installations

This Decree (No. 83/7405) on the licensing procedure for nuclear installations came into force on 19 December 1983 and supersedes Decree No. 7/9141 of 5 December 1974 on the same subject. The general lines of the licensing procedure laid down by this new Decree are similar to that provided by the 1979 Decree; it is also carried out in three stages: site, construction and operating licences are delivered in succession.
