This report is a presentation and summary of the data submitted in the second Annual Reports by States and Non-Regulated Utilities detailing the activity level of Residential Conservation Service (RCS) Program elements on a national, state, and local level as of March 31, 1982. Several tables are included which present the reported data (i.e., number of eligible customers, number of audits performed, utility services offered, and RCS Program implementation costs) in a format where state-to-state and utility-to-utility comparisons can be made. Comparative analysis indicates that the program information submitted in the Annual Reports is incomplete and varies significantly from one state or utility to another. (ERA citation 08:020913)
